Cultural Heritage 2024: Photo competition

Which parts of our cultural heritage should we pay more attention to? During all of September, you can upload photos from Norway and Sápmi, and the photos can then be used on Wikipedia and elsewhere. Compete for prizes and recognition while helping to document our heritage!

1.4 million to counter gender gap

Did you know that only 18 % of biographies on Wikipedia in Norwegian Nynorsk are about women? The numbers are slightly better on Wikipedia in Norwegian Bokmål (25 %), but not good enough. Join our editing contest, a writing course or an edit-a-thon – throughout March we will be turning red links into blue ones!
